Late Policy

​There is a 9 minute “Grace period”. If you are 9 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will not be seen unless there is time after your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule for a later time or day 24 hours in advance. The cancellation policy will take place if you are 9+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
