Crystal learned the art of waxing when she was young thanks to her mother, who was a Cosmetologist. Her schooling started in 2012 with Accounting, then in 2013 to Nails and licensed in the beauty industry, then shortly after in 2014 in Esthetics. Graduating high in the class, from St. Paul Colleges' Esthetics Department. Working 4 years in the professional beauty industry she's found what she loves to do, its not only a job but a passion to make guests walk out and feel more gorgeous than when they walked in. In 2016 she earned the award of Product Expert at her previous center. She has spectacular knowledge of the products she sells and uses on guests. She carefully examines all guests skin during services and formulates the perfect combination of skin care products to help all skin types.

The Wax used at this salon/studio is Hard Wax only. No strips, no sticky mess after. Easy removal. Skin services are full force (facials)! Lashes are also all the rave, get yours today!

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

I kindly ask that any changes are made 24 hours in advance. As a professional Esthetician, my personal and professional income is solely based upon services provided to you, my guests. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours of your reservation time, a charge of 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged to your card on file, invoice sent or charged at your next appointment. No show/Missed appointments will also be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s) to the card on file, invoice sent or at your next appointment. Thank you for your loyalty and understanding.

Late Policy

​There is a 9 minute “Grace period”. If you are 9 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will not be seen unless there is time after your scheduled appointment available. You can reschedule for a later time or day 24hours in advance via your confirmation links aswell. The cancellation policy will take place if you are 9+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment.

Return Policies


I strive to provide 5-star services to my guests. If you should have any challenges with a service that was performed, I ask that you contact me to reserve a complimentary consultation so we can assess what challenges need to be addressed. Please review my Service Promise below to address any initial questions you may have:

1. I reserve the right to request a FULL PAYMENT for any services in advance from any guest.

2. There are NO refunds for any SERVICES performed. 

3. I stand behind my services, I will correct any challenges that were created with your service within 5 business days of the service.

Return Policy on Products: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the UNOPENED/UNUSED product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of equal or lesser value. You can return an UNOPENED/UNUSED product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Returns are accepted for store credit only. No cash refunds will be given and no credit card refunds will be given.
