If you have a current or PENDING Covid-19 test within 72 hours or less of your appointment please reschedule/cancel until you have your results. Do NOT come in sick, if you have any symptoms of being sick (covid-19 or otherwise), please reschedule.

I kindly ask that any changes are made 24 hours in advance. As a professional Esthetician, my personal and professional income is solely based upon services provided to you, my guests. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours of your reservation time, a charge of 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged to your card on file, invoice sent or charged at your next appointment. No show/Missed appointments will also be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s) to the card on file, invoice sent or at your next appointment. Thank you for your loyalty and understanding.
There is a 9 minute “Grace period”. If you are 9 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment you will not be seen unless there is time after your scheduled appointment available. You can reschedule for a later time or day 24hours in advance via your confirmation links aswell. The cancellation policy will take place if you are 9+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
